Pricing & Payment Policy

Welcome to Timagra. This Pricing & Payment Policy outlines the structure and terms of payments for store listing services available on our platform. By purchasing a listing plan, you agree to abide by the following terms.

1. Store Listing Plans

• 6 Months Plan: ₹6,000 (valid for 6 months)
• 1 Year Plan: ₹12,000 (valid for 12 months)
• 2 Years Plan: ₹22,000 (valid for 24 months)

All prices are inclusive of GST and include services such as store visibility in the app, customer contact options, product showcasing, and insights, depending on the selected plan.

2. Payment Terms

• Full payment is required upfront at the time of purchasing a plan.
• Payments can be made via UPI, debit/credit cards, or authorized payment gateways.
• All payments are final and non-transferable as per our Refund Policy.

3. Renewal Policy

• You will be notified prior to plan expiry for easy renewal.
• Renewal requires full payment before the current plan expires to ensure uninterrupted visibility.
• Failure to renew before expiry may result in temporary deactivation of the listing.

4. Plan Upgrades

• You may upgrade to a higher plan at any time.
• If upgrading mid-plan, a prorated credit based on remaining duration will be applied.

5. Taxes & Invoices

• All prices listed include applicable GST and other taxes as per Indian law.
• Invoices will be automatically generated and sent to the registered email address after successful payment.

6. Refund & Cancellation

• Once a plan is purchased and activated, it is non-refundable except in cases of technical errors or duplicate payments verified by Timagra.
• Refer to our detailed Refund Policy for conditions and procedures.

7. Changes in Pricing

• Timagra reserves the right to revise pricing and plan features at any time.
• Existing customers will be informed in advance of any pricing changes affecting active subscriptions.
