Refund & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Timagra to list your business. Please read this policy carefully before making your purchase. By subscribing to any store listing plan (6 Months, 1 Year, or 2 Years), you acknowledge and agree to the terms stated below.
1. Non-Refundable Services
- Once a listing plan has been purchased and activated, it is considered a digital service and is non-refundable.
- All payments made for 6-month, 1-year, or 2-year listing packages are final and non-transferable.
- Refunds are not applicable for reasons including change of mind, discontinued business, or unsatisfactory performance.
2. Exceptions – Eligible Refunds
- Refunds may only be considered in cases where there is a verified technical issue or error in the listing process caused by Timagra.
- Examples include duplicate payments, failure to publish the listing due to system errors, or incorrect plan activation.
- All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of payment along with valid proof (transaction ID, screenshot, etc.).
3. Refund Processing
- Upon approval, eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
- Timagra reserves the right to verify and validate refund claims before processing.
- Gateway or transaction charges, if any, may be deducted from the refund amount.
4. Cancellations
- Once a plan is activated and your store is published, cancellations are not possible.
- If activation has not yet occurred, you may request cancellation within 24 hours of payment by contacting support.
