Welcome to Timagra (“we”, “us”, “our”). By purchasing or subscribing to any store listing plan (6 Months, 1 Year, or 2 Years) or accessing our platform at timagra.in or the Timagra app, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Services & Subscriptions
- Timagra provides digital store listings, visibility, and marketing exposure through our platform.
- Store owners can subscribe to one of three paid listing plans: 6 Months, 1 Year, or 2 Years, with pricing of ₹6,000, ₹12,000, and ₹22,000 respectively.
- All plans include features such as store listing, contact buttons (Call & WhatsApp), image/product showcase, and category placement based on the selected package.
2. Payments
- All payments must be made in full at the time of plan activation via authorized payment gateways.
- Prices are inclusive of applicable GST and may be revised with prior notice.
- Payments once made are non-transferable and subject to the Refund Policy below.
3. Plan Duration & Renewal
- Your listing will remain active for the chosen duration starting from the date of activation.
- You may renew or upgrade your plan before expiry by choosing a new package.
- Expired listings may be removed or hidden from the app until renewed.
4. Refunds & Cancellations
- Once a listing plan is activated, cancellation and refunds are not permitted except in cases of duplicate payments or technical errors verified by Timagra.
- Requests for refunds must be raised within 7 days of payment with proof of transaction.
5. Listing Content & Responsibilities
- Store owners must ensure that all information, images, and materials provided are accurate, lawful, and free from third-party infringements.
- Timagra reserves the right to edit, hide, or remove listings that violate our policies or contain misleading content.
- By submitting your store details, you grant Timagra a license to display your content on the platform for marketing and promotional purposes.
6. Upgrades & Feature Changes
- Plan features may evolve over time to improve service quality; any major changes will be communicated to existing users.
- Upgrading to a higher plan before expiry will apply a prorated credit or discount based on the remaining duration of the current plan.
7. Platform Use & Conduct
- Users must not upload offensive, fraudulent, or infringing material.
- Timagra may suspend or terminate accounts that misuse the platform or breach these terms.
- Use of automated tools or scraping without written consent is prohibited.
8. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
Timagra acts as a facilitator providing digital visibility for businesses. We do not guarantee customer conversions, sales volume, or third-party interactions. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the listing plan that gave rise to the claim.
9. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Timagra, its affiliates, and employees from claims or damages arising from your content or misuse of the platform.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kannur, Kerala.
